| On July 30,
2000 a great line of storm from N.C. coming from the south
racing northward showed it power with this huge gust front and
wind gusting around 55mph and a tornado which landed 3 minutes
after these photos were taken 5 miles from me. After the passage
on the gust front it rained one inch of rain in 20 minutes which
we did not need at the time due to the past weeks rain of three
to four inches. |
