Heavy thunderstorms unleashed 3"-4" of rain water in 30-40 minutes
which caused flooding in Virginia Beach along Virginia Beach Blvd
near the old FX building and parts of Witchduck Rd. The stock
flooding video show some cars which were just floating in the water
near the FX building. |
