Description:
The tail end of storms over the Eastern Shore leaves a large
out flow boundary over the Chesapeake Bay. The video shows the the
boundary moving in towards the oceanfront of Virginia Beach. The
storms over the Eastern Shore was also responsible for a brief
tornado and two deaths due to lightning.
