Description:  A historical nor'easter with a pressure of 962mb  cut a path up the east coast causing winds clocked to 60mph and higher and flooding along the coast as well as large snow fall rates father inland. The footage shown here was taken in Cape Hatteras and the Outer Banks of North Carolina on April 15, 2007. The very large waves and winds at 55mph and higher were just some of the poundings that North Carolina took.
